FALL CHOIR ENROLLMENT

To enroll your child in Fall Choir Season, please fill out and submit the registration form below by TUESDAY, October 13th.  Cost is $115 ($10 total discount for families).  Payment of cash, check or Venmo will be collected at first rehearsal.
