CHOIR ENROLLMENT

To enroll your child in Home School Singers, please fill out and submit the registration form below.  Cost is $115 ($10 total discount for families enrolling more than 1 child).  Payment of cash or check will be collected at the first rehearsal.  Students will need a 2-pocket folder and pencil at every rehearsal.  A water bottle is recommended.
