CHOIR ENROLLMENT

To enroll your child in Home School Singers, please fill out and submit the registration form below.  Cost is $115 (1 child) $200 (2 siblings) $275 (3 or more siblings).  Payment of cash, check or venmo will be collected at the first rehearsal.  Students will need a 2-pocket folder and pencil at every rehearsal.  A water bottle is recommended.
